There is a greater need to find people you can count on. We will visit MECCA, MADINA, MINNA, MUZDALIFAH, ARAFA and Mount Uhud and various other mosques.
1. The cost of the pilgrimage trip includes Air Fare to return to Saudi Arabia and D’Salaam. Airport Fees, Accommodation Jeddah, Madina and Makkah.Service Mina and Arafat tents bus fare to all mentioned above. Food for All Day (Morning Tea lunch and night) services to our own doctors, Ihram for men. Khanga for women, youth auxiliary / directors.
2. Registration forms are available for payment of TShs2000/= (Non refundable)
3. We suggest to make payments in advance and not wait until the last minute, because the house in Makkah and Madina, with fares for flights and transportation within Saudi Arabia, is paid in advance before the pilgrims did not go into service, and are paid according and the number of pilgrims. Payment on last minute always causes discomfort.
4. Application for Passport to be done in advance to eliminate harassment and persecution of Migration monitoring the last minute.
5. VACCINATION
a) For those, the right of pilgrimage must find the necessary vaccines to prevent infection, a vaccine for this year are:
I. Fever Liver (Hepatitis B)
II. Fever Meningitis (Meningitis)
III. Yellow Fever
If there is an explosion of other diseases, report will be released to the procedures for getting vaccines / immune disorders / diseases relevant to be conducted.
We suggest that immunization for diseases, mentioned be made in advance, You will not pay for these vaccines.
b) VISA application will need Valid Passport , is associated with complete coverage books, Visa will be provided by a person and use vaccine as part of supporting Documents.
6. Seminars are expected for those going on pilgrimage and takes place ten days before the trip, books that explain the direction of the pilgrimage, instruction books and precautions to take during the service are provided free to potential pilgrims.

EW TRANSPORTATION arrangments for pilgrimage – Hijri
1) There will be a new mechanism of transport between Makkah and Mashaair (Part Sanctuary / ARAFA-Muzdalifa) procedure is known by the name of ANNAQLI TTARADUDIY ( Note: this changes yearly )
2) There will be special centers and Buses / vehicles.
3) The pilgrims will be divided into groups of 48-50 people in one group, and each group will have a leader and get the numbers. List of pilgrims will be presented to the General Muasasa earlier. To this plan succeed Institutions and pilgrims are required to cooperate in the implementation of this new initiative. Institution / Groups will incur suspension if fails to cooperate.
4) The pilgrims will be Minna, on 9th Dhul-Hijja waiting to Arafat, are advised not to leave and stand outside the tents and illuminate the road, but they should remain inside the tents and will be out for the procedure will be divided according to groups of 48-50 men, time comes will be called according to these categories and get into the caravan ahead Arafat.
5) Buses will begin leaving at 12:00 am and take three trips of pilgrims ( between one and then another takes ten minutes or more).
6) Each Institute / groups will provide the time of departure / return to Makkah / Mina / Arafa / Muzdalifa.
7) will be Arafat tents near Jabal Rahma, the pilgrim’s two hours before sunset they all should be in their tents.
8) Process plant commuter Arafat is an order from Mina, but Arafat people will be placed in centers specialized constructed (elderly, sick and disabled have been appointed seats to occupy) the pilgrims will have to follow the process from the tents according to their groups, they will be called to get into the bus upon arrival
ADVICE
• Pilgrims are advised not to take many loads / large time to go to Mina and Arafat.
From Arafat pilgrims arrived Muzdalifa they will be humbled ,no bus remain Muzdalifa, however, they will drop off and came back to pick up people, Muzdalifa buses taking people to a specific plan.
Pilgrims elderly, women with children, patients can leave at midnight, but their numbers will have noted earlier, that buses brought to bear according to their numbers.
Note:
– There will be stations all fractions containing Mashaair (Mina / Arafa / Muzdalifa for example and. 5) important pilgrims follow the instructions of their leaders to understand this process of using the facilities.
Pilgrims to Mecca once they are arrived will receive a bracelet (band) and address cards. Organization will be enforced to have a bracelet and a card all the time. So it could help him / her if you get lost or get a problem off and his group. Show bracelets or cards for soldiers will help around to get help.
